3431 Linda Vista–Now in jeopardy, a victory that was claimed by concerned neighbors and the CCEA when the City Council voted to deny a permit to build on the lot at 3431 Linda Vista, has been challenged by the property owner claiming the appeal the council voted on was invalid due to it being filed one day late. The City Council is set to consider a pending threat of litigation made by counsel on behalf of the property owner.
