Glendale Police Crime Fighting Town Hall

For those that attended the Glendale Police Department Neighborhood Watch and town hall crime prevention meeting at the country club, you learned a lot about fighting crime.  For those of you who missed the event, ask a neighbor who went and have them share some tips from the evening.   A huge thank you goes out to those who made this evening possible; Lt. Danny Carver, CLO Sue Shine, and Sgt. Eric Webber, all of the Glendale Police Department, and Rafik Soukasians, our Chevy Chase Canyon Neighborhood Watch Coordinator.

Two tips from the evening:

  • If you see something suspicious, something that doesn’t look right, something your gut says is wrong… call 911 immediately.  Do not call your wife or husband, your neighbor or friends to discuss what you have seen, call 911 first.
  • If you have an alarm system, turn it on every time you leave your home.
