1.  Proposed – Bulldoze a Mini-Forest of 9 Protected Live Oaks

To construct a new three-story, 2,740 square-foot, single-family residence and an attached two-car garage on a 9,719 square-foot lot in the R1R, FAR District II zone. The subject lot is currently vacant and has an average current slope of 56%. The project proposes 1,340 cubic yards of grading and removing nine protected oaks.

To construct a new three-story, 3,020 SF single-family residence with an attached, 791 SF, two-car garage on a vacant, 10,307 SF, upslope hillside lot 74.1% average current slope (50% was the limit) and grade 1,657 cubic yards, located in the R1R-II (Restricted Residential, Floor Area Ratio II) zone.
